Affinity Brokers & Consultants, LLC (“ABC”) is the new sales and marketing affiliate of Affinity Group Underwriters (“AGU”). Our organization was launched in November, 2009 to specialize in employee benefits, insurance and human resources management solutions for small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. We partner with associations, affinity groups and professional employer organizations to make innovative programs and services available to members and clients.
Although ABC is a new company we have the experience and resources of Affinity Group Underwriters (AGU) behind us. AGU, a leading national managing underwriter of association and affinity group life and health programs, has been endorse by NNA since 2001. We will continue and expand those programs for members.
We have particular experience and expertise with PEOs (professional employer organizations) which we employ to advise our clients on the advantages (and pitfalls) of outsourcing human resources management. As a retail insurance broker, we: - provide NNA members with cost-effective strategic solutions for complex employee benefits insurance and human resources issues; and
- advise and assist individuals and families with their personal life, health and disability insurance needs.
| As a consultant, we: - help associations and affinity groups develop and deploy effective benefit programs to attract and retain members, and
- work with PEOs to provide employee benefits and market human resources outsourcing services.
